背景技術:
風力發(fā)電機根據主軸安裝方位分為水平軸和垂直軸,迄今為止應用較為普遍的是 水平軸風力發(fā)電機。水平軸發(fā)電機盡管應用普遍,但結構上存在一些問題,如需要偏航、對 槳等迎風和控制迎風面增大阻力差的結構,這使發(fā)電機的結構復雜、占用零部件多且容易 造成故障。基于水平軸發(fā)電機的結構缺陷,近年來,垂直軸發(fā)電機技術發(fā)展迅速,應用日益 廣泛。垂直軸發(fā)電機可通過對葉片結構的優(yōu)化設計,增大風阻力,提高風阻力差,使風機即 使在較低的風速下仍可以正常啟動運行,無需偏航、變槳裝置,因而結構相對簡單。垂直軸 發(fā)電機關鍵技術是葉片結構的設計,葉片形狀優(yōu)劣直接影響其啟動性能和風能利用效率。 目前,垂直軸發(fā)電機存有升力型葉片自起動性能差、低風速發(fā)電性能差,阻力型風能利用效 率低等問題,因此優(yōu)化葉片結構是解決上述問題的關鍵所在。

具體實施方式
參看圖1、圖2,本實用新型是一種對葉片及橫撐桿進行全新設計的垂直軸大風力 發(fā)電機,其構成中包括中心柱1、葉片3和橫撐桿2,各葉片垂直設置,它們相對中心柱軸線 均勻分布,葉片由橫撐桿連接中心柱。本實用新型葉片3的截面形狀與橫撐桿2的截面形 狀相同,葉片截形的一側為一鉤狀端3-1,葉片及橫撐桿安裝時,葉片鉤狀端的鉤部朝外設 置、橫撐桿鉤狀端的鉤部端朝上設置,葉片的鉤狀端端部與葉片的鉤狀端端部接合。本實用 新型風機葉片數目> 2,圖示為5葉片,葉片通常使用2-12片。參看圖3,本實用新型葉片3及橫撐桿的截形輪廓由0-Q、0_R、P_Q、P-R四條曲線 組成封閉曲線,其中0點和R點為截形的兩個端點。上述四條曲線由下述參數確定參看 圖4,建立平面直角坐標系,以所述葉片及橫撐桿截形輪廓的一端0點為坐標原點,將各曲 線由相應X、Y值確定的坐標點用光滑曲線連接,即得到葉片及橫撐桿截形輪廓曲線。上述 X值和Y值具有相同的長度單位。上述截形輪廓曲線是經過對葉片、橫撐桿翼型氣動性能研究、計算、模擬和反復試 驗得出,采用該葉片、橫撐桿翼型,可以明顯增大風阻力,提高風阻力差,尤其是在較低風速 下的發(fā)電能力可以大幅度提高。以下給出一組對比數據對比風機本實用新型風機5葉片,葉長1. 5米,直徑為1. 專利摘要一種具有較高風能利用效率的垂直軸風力發(fā)電機,用于解決提高垂直軸風力發(fā)電機風能利用率及低風速發(fā)電性能。其技術方案是構成中包括中心柱、葉片和橫撐桿,各葉片垂直設置,它們相對中心柱軸線均勻分布,葉片由橫撐桿連接中心柱,改進后,所述各葉片的截形輪廓由O-Q、O-R、P-Q、P-R四條曲線組成,所述葉片截形的一側為鉤狀端,鉤狀端朝外設置。本實用新型通過對葉片及橫撐桿截形的優(yōu)化設計,可明顯增大風阻力,提高風阻力差,尤其是風機在較低風速下的發(fā)電能力可大幅度提高。對比試驗表明,與同類垂直軸風力發(fā)電機相比,本實用新型低風速時發(fā)電機發(fā)電電壓提高近10倍,高風速時發(fā)電電壓提高50%以上。
