背景技術(shù):
近年來(lái),為了滿足系統(tǒng)效率和負(fù)載的要求,先進(jìn)的燃?xì)鉁u輪有提高燃燒溫度的趨勢(shì)。因此,渦輪葉片的設(shè)計(jì)和結(jié)構(gòu)要求空氣動(dòng)力學(xué)效率最優(yōu),以及葉片的空氣動(dòng)力學(xué)和機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)荷最優(yōu)。
發(fā)明概述根據(jù)本發(fā)明的一個(gè)優(yōu)選實(shí)施例,提供了渦輪級(jí),最好是第二級(jí)燃?xì)鉁u輪的葉片的一種獨(dú)特的渦輪葉片翼面輪廓。葉片翼面輪廓是由能滿足必要的效率和承載要求的點(diǎn)的獨(dú)特軌跡確定的,因而可改善渦輪的性能。這些點(diǎn)的軌跡確定翼面的名義輪廓,并由下面的表1中的X,Y和Z笛卡幾坐標(biāo)給出。表1所示的3600個(gè)點(diǎn)的坐標(biāo)值是沿著長(zhǎng)度方向的葉片翼面各種橫截面上的冷溫度(即室溫)輪廓的坐標(biāo)值。X和Y坐標(biāo)用距離尺寸(例如以英寸為單位)給出,并且在每一個(gè)Z位置平滑地連接,形成一個(gè)平滑的連續(xù)的翼面橫截面。Z坐標(biāo)是以沿著與回軸軸線半徑方向一致的葉片中心線的0~1的無(wú)因次形式給出的。將翼面高度尺寸(例如英寸)與表1中的無(wú)因次Z值相乘,并將該值與葉片的根半徑相加,可得出離回轉(zhuǎn)軸線的實(shí)際Z距離(例如英寸)。每一個(gè)確定的橫截面平滑地跟相鄰的橫截面連接,形成完整的翼面形狀。
應(yīng)懂得在使用中,每一個(gè)葉片翼面被加熱,由于應(yīng)力和溫度的作用,輪廓會(huì)改變。因此,為了制造目的,冷溫度或室溫輪廓用X,Y和Z坐標(biāo)給出。因?yàn)橹圃斓娜~片翼面輪廓可能與下表給出的名義翼面輪廓不同,因此,在與沿著名義輪廓和包括任何涂層的任何表面位置垂直的方向上的名義輪廓上正或負(fù)0.160英寸的距離可確定這個(gè)葉片翼面的輪廓包絡(luò)面。對(duì)于這種變化的設(shè)計(jì)是很可靠的,不會(huì)損害機(jī)械和空氣動(dòng)力學(xué)功能。
另外,還應(yīng)懂得,為了能用在同樣的渦輪設(shè)計(jì)中,翼面和比例幾何上可以放大或縮小。因此,下面給出的名義翼面輪廓的以英寸表示的X和Y坐標(biāo),和轉(zhuǎn)換為英寸的Z坐標(biāo)為同一個(gè)常數(shù)或數(shù)字的函數(shù)。即在保持翼面截面形狀的同時(shí),X和Y及Z坐標(biāo)以英寸表示的值,可以用相同的常數(shù)或數(shù)字乘或除,以得到該葉片翼面輪廓的比例放大或縮小的形式。

優(yōu)選實(shí)施例詳述參見(jiàn)圖1,圖中表示渦輪10的一部分,其中可以采用具有所述翼面輪廓的第二級(jí)渦輪葉片22。渦輪10包括一個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)子12,它具有連同轉(zhuǎn)子各個(gè)級(jí)相應(yīng)的定子葉片26,28和30的葉片20,22和24的第一,第二和第三級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)子葉輪14、16和18。圖中表示了三級(jí)渦輪。
第二級(jí)包括轉(zhuǎn)子葉輪16,其上與上游的定子葉片28軸向相對(duì),安裝著葉片22。在第二級(jí)輪16周?chē)?,在圓周方向彼此間隔地安裝著多個(gè)葉片22,在這種情況下,在第二級(jí)輪16周?chē)?,安裝著92個(gè)葉片。
圖2表示根據(jù)本發(fā)明制造的渦輪葉片22,它包括安裝在平臺(tái)34上的翼面40。渦輪葉片還分別包括前后空間密封,即雜散反射翼(angelwing)36和38。葉片22利用圖中沒(méi)有示出的裝置安裝在渦輪葉輪16上。翼面40和平臺(tái)34總稱為葉片22。翼面40的輪廓包括帶有負(fù)壓側(cè)和壓力側(cè)42和44,以及前緣46和后緣48的復(fù)合曲率。
表1給出的笛卡幾坐標(biāo)系統(tǒng)的X,Y和Z值確定了翼面40的輪廓。雖然可以使用其他尺寸單位,但在表1中的X和Y坐標(biāo)值用英寸表示。表1中的Z值用沿著與回轉(zhuǎn)軸線半徑方向一致的葉片中心線的0~1的無(wú)因次形式給出。為了將距離渦輪回轉(zhuǎn)軸線的Z值轉(zhuǎn)換為Z坐標(biāo)值(例如英寸),要將表1給出的無(wú)因次Z值乘以以英寸表示的翼面40的高度,并將其乘積與以英寸表示的根部半徑相加。翼面高度是從沿著渦輪中心線或軸線半徑的葉片中心線與流動(dòng)通道的根部半徑的交點(diǎn)測(cè)量的。與優(yōu)選實(shí)施例的第二級(jí)的每一個(gè)葉片的根部半徑的這個(gè)交點(diǎn)的Z坐標(biāo)值為46.530英寸。本優(yōu)選實(shí)施例中的距離根部半徑的第二級(jí)翼面葉片的高度為13.63英寸。笛卡幾坐標(biāo)系的X、Y和Z軸為正交關(guān)系,而Z軸則是在與包含X和Y值的平面垂直的平面上垂直地延伸的。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)換為英寸時(shí),Z距離在渦輪中心線上,在0處開(kāi)始。Y軸與渦輪轉(zhuǎn)子中心線,即轉(zhuǎn)子軸線平行。
通過(guò)確定在與X,Y平面垂直的Z方向上,在所選擇位置上的X和Y坐標(biāo)值,可以確定翼面40的輪廓。利用平滑的連續(xù)圓弧將X和Y值連接起來(lái),可得到在每一個(gè)距離Z時(shí)的每一個(gè)輪廓部分。通過(guò)將相鄰的橫截面彼此平滑地連接,形成翼面,可以確定距離Z之間的各個(gè)表面位置的表面輪廓。這些值代表在周?chē)还ぷ骰虿粺岬臈l件下的翼面輪廓,并且是沒(méi)有涂層的翼面的輪廓。如一般在笛卡幾坐標(biāo)系中使用的一樣,符號(hào)習(xí)慣是Z值為正值,X和Y坐標(biāo)為正值和負(fù)值。
表1中產(chǎn)生到小數(shù)第三位的值,用于確定翼面輪廓。通常有制造公差以及涂層,這是在翼面的實(shí)際輪廓中必需考慮的。因此,表1中給出的輪廓值是名義翼面的值。應(yīng)當(dāng)知道,一般包括涂層厚度的制造公差(即±值)要加到表1中給出的X和Y值中。因此,在與沿著翼面輪廓的任何表面位置垂直的方向上的±0.160英寸距離,確定這個(gè)特定的葉片翼面設(shè)計(jì)和渦輪的翼面輪廓包絡(luò)面。
